Gershfeld Law Group (GLG) is looking for a Case Analyst. The purpose of a Case Analyst is to work with potential clients and guide them towards solutions for their debt related issues. Be aware that we perform no cold calling. Instead you will be working with consumers who work directly with our firm, providing the consult they need. Our Case Analysts succeed through the optimized marketing channels that bring the correct prospective clients to them. Enrollment Team Manager

Gershfeld Law Group (GLG) is looking for an Enrollment Team Manager. At GLG, our managers oversee all client enrollment done by one of our teams of Case Analysts. While this position is often promoted from within, GLG understands that you may be have the skills already and offer you the opportunity to join our team. Previous sales management experience is a plus. The position of Enrollment Team Manager includes successfully managing a team of 7-15 analysts. It also requires that you maintain company underwriting standards as well as team performance quotas.

Required Skills and Traits

• Previous leadership experience

• 5+ years of inside sales 


• Experience & strong familiarity with the debt settlement industry

Client Services

Gershfeld Law Group (GLG) is looking for individuals to fill our challenging and rewarding Client Services positions. The primary responsibility of Client Services is in inbound and outbound calls to our clients. Along with updating their case files and resolving any client issues, you will be expected to work directly with the client and management teams to better facilitate communication and conflict resolution.

Negotiation Service Member

Gershfeld Law Group (GLG) is looking for individuals to fill our Negotiation Service Member positions. The primary responsibilities of the position are to interact with the originating creditor, collection agencies and out of state attorney offices in order to negotiate on the behalf of the client in order to decrease the delinquent or amount charged off of the account in question. In addition, you will be expected to determine allowable percentages for a settlement as dictated by guidelines set forth by the department as well as use an open queue of clients specifically to achieve objectives and goals. This includes reviewing the bank accounts of clients in order to determine funds to complete a settlement and pay company fees. The ability to complete various other tasks assigned by a direct supervisor is crucial. Submitting and gathering the required documentation needed for payment accounts and approval, not limited to receipt and transmittal of various e-faxes to and from enrolled clients', creditors', collection agencies, and attorney offices is also important.

Required Skills and Traits

• Must have a minimum of 1-year experience in contact center or similar environment


• Prior collections experience preferred


• Prior inside sales experience preferred


• Strong sense of professionalism and client stewardship
